QR kiosk — Android tablet at the gate

A warehouse doesn’t need 67 smartphones. Two Android tablets or phones (one per gate) running the TimeHunter kiosk app are enough. The worker arrives, scans the QR on a laminated paper card, starts work. Leaves — scans again. No RFID cards or readers to buy.

Photo check-in — a photo at every scan

A common warehouse abuse: “a buddy will scan my QR, I’ll come an hour later”. With the paid Photo verification addon the QR kiosk automatically takes a photo with the device camera at each scan. The admin sees the photos next to the records in the attendance list and can follow up on doubtful cases.

24/7 shifts — night hours in the report

The warehouse runs non-stop: shift I (6-14), II (14-22), III (22-6). Shift III crosses midnight and is recorded as one session. The period report shows each worker’s night hours in a separate column, and the compliance module warns when the permitted night-work length is exceeded. Your payroll software calculates the night premium.

Export for payroll

At month end you download the period report as XLSX or PDF and a payroll CSV (employee, days worked, hours, overtime, breaks, leave and sick days). Payroll staff process the file in their own software instead of retyping 67 rows. Companies in Czechia also get a ready export for the PREMIER payroll software.

Frequently asked questions

What if a worker has no smartphone?
A laminated paper card with a printed QR code is enough. The worker keeps it in their wallet and scans it at the gate kiosk.
Does the Android kiosk work without internet?
Yes. The kiosk app queues scans on the device and syncs them automatically once WiFi/LTE returns. The kiosk screen shows how many scans are waiting to be sent.
How does photo anti-fraud work?
At each scan the QR kiosk automatically takes a photo with the device camera and sends it with the record. The admin sees the photos in the attendance list for that employee and day.
Does it support 3 shifts/day (24/7)?
Yes. The monthly roster has morning, afternoon and night shift templates. A 22-6 night shift is recorded as one session, and the report shows night hours in a separate column.
Can I have a kiosk at each of 2 gates?
Yes. Install the kiosk app on as many devices as you need. All of them record into the same company account.
Will the export fit my payroll software?
The payroll export is a CSV file with a fixed column layout (employee, days, hours, overtime, breaks, leave, sick days), and the period report downloads as XLSX. There is a ready export for the Czech PREMIER software, but no ready integration with SAP or other payroll systems — your payroll staff import the file. Data is also available through the API with keys.
